Meditation-certification.com ("we," "us") is operated by Greg de Vries and Living Well USA, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect as little as we need to answer questions and run enrollments, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it.
What information do we collect?
- Questions and applications - if you use the form on the homepage, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write about your meditation practice and background. Submissions are delivered through Netlify Forms and kept for Greg to review. They are not posted publicly and are not shared as a mailing list.
- Email you send us - if you write to greg@meditationcoach.com, we keep that correspondence so we can reply.
- Enrollment and payment - if you enroll and pay tuition, Stripe processes your payment. Stripe receives the card and billing details needed to complete checkout. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded so we can place you in the cohort. This site does not store card numbers.
- Basic usage data - our hosting provider (Netlify) may log standard technical information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic on this site.
This site does not run a community newsletter signup. If you also use MeditationCoach.com, that site has its own privacy policy.
How do we use your information?

- To operate and improve this website
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information
- We do not run advertising or ad-tracking pixels for third-party ads on this site
- We do not publish your application or form answers
Which third-party services do we use?
We rely on a small number of trusted services: Netlify (hosting and form delivery), Stripe (tuition checkout), Google Analytics (site analytics), and Google Fonts (typography). Each has its own privacy policy for the data it processes.
Sister site
MeditationCoach.com is a related site operated by the same people. A listing or Certified Meditation Coach badge on that site, if Greg adds one after you complete the program, is governed by MeditationCoach.com's own pages. Applying or enrolling here does not automatically list you there.
What choices do you have?
- Ask for a copy or deletion of your form submission by emailing greg@meditationcoach.com
- Stop further email by writing to the same address
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
