Meditation-certification.com ("we," "us") is operated by Greg de Vries and Living Well USA, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect as little as we need to review applications, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it.
Information we collect
- Application details - if you use the apply form, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write about your meditation practice and background. Submissions are delivered through Netlify Forms and kept for Greg to review. They are not posted publicly and are not shared as a mailing list.
- Email you send us - if you write to greg@meditationcoach.com, we keep that correspondence so we can reply.
- Basic usage data - our hosting provider (Netlify) may log standard technical information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.
This site does not run a community newsletter signup. If you also use MeditationCoach.com, that site has its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To review your application and reply about the Meditation Coach Certification
- To confirm a place in a cohort if Greg accepts you
- To respond when you contact us
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information
- We do not run advertising or ad-tracking on this site
- We do not publish your application
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted services: Netlify (hosting and apply-form delivery) and Google Fonts (typography). Each has its own privacy policy for the data it processes. If you later enroll and pay for the program, we will tell you who handles that payment. This page does not collect card numbers.
Sister site
MeditationCoach.com is a related site operated by the same people. A listing or "Certified by Greg" badge on that site, if Greg adds one after you complete the program, is governed by MeditationCoach.com's own pages. Applying here does not automatically list you there.

Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
